January 5th is National Bird Day! Despite the cold temperatures, many birds are still very active this time of year and well adapted to handle the wintery weather.

With snowy weather imminently upon us, here’s a look at some of the birds we photographed along Wetland’s Way trail in the Greens during last year’s January snowstorm! ❄️

This time of year wavyleaf basketgrass is going to seed and it’s important to know what it looks like so you don’t accidentally spread it to new locations!

Our Community Carrot Harvest last week was such as blast…that we’re doing it again! 🥕 Stop by the Farm on November 12th or 13th to help harvest more carrots. This is fun for all ages, kids and adults alike, and a great opportunity to connect your Farm team. Homeschool groups are welcome to join as well!
