Do you have summer travel plans? Let us know! We can adjust any pickup or delivery dates that you will be out of town. Last minute accommodations will be evaluated on a case by case basis and we cannot guarantee an adjustment after the Tuesday ordering cutoff.
What happens if I can’t pick up my share? If you are unable to pick up your share, you can always send a neighbor or a friend! They just use your name at pickup. Missed pickups are donated to the Dulles South Food Pantry the Wednesday after pickup. Did you know we donated over 5,000 pounds of food last year!?
How late can I order for same week pickup/delivery? The new ordering cutoff is Tuesday at noon. Place your order by 12 PM on Tuesdays for pickup/delivery the same week on Thursday/Friday/Saturday. New offerings will be updated by noon on Wednesday.
What happens if I’m not home during delivery? We recommend putting a cooler out on your front porch or steps to maintain freshness and quality. If no cooler is available, your order will be placed on porch furniture/door mats..
What happens if I run out of store credits? If a purchase would bring your credit balance to zero, any remaining balance on the transaction will be charged to your credit or debit card on file.
I signed up for Every Other Week? If you choose one of our Every Other Week options, you received your Group assignment on Tuesday, May 7th. If you aren’t seeing it in your inbox, please reply to this email. Sign Ups after May 7th are automatically assigned to Group A.
