Supporting Community Events in Loudoun County

Local businesses and organizations help bring Willowsford Conservancy & Farm community events to life through sponsorships and in-kind support.

Throughout the year, we host a series of events that connect people to the land, local food, and one another; in turn, creating meaningful opportunities for community engagement across Loudoun County.

From smaller seasonal gatherings to larger community events drawing hundreds of attendees, these events help strengthen connections between conservation, agriculture, and community.

Annual Events

We welcome sponsorship support for events throughout the year, including:

Earth Day (April 20)
A spring celebration focused on conservation, sustainability, and community engagement.

Farm Stand Field Day – Opening Weekend (Mid May)

A kickoff to the farm season featuring activities, connection, and time on the land.

15-Year Anniversary Celebration (June)

A special event celebrating 15 years of stewardship, agriculture, and community impact.

Wine Down for a Cause (September)
An evening gathering benefiting the Willowsford Farm Food Access Fund.

Harvest Market (October)

A signature seasonal event that draws approximately 800 attendees.

Farm Stand Monthly Events (May–October)

Recurring community gatherings featuring seasonal activities, music, and family-friendly experiences.

Sponsorship Opportunities

We offer several ways for businesses and organizations to get involved:

  • Supporting Sponsor — $250
  • Event Sponsor — $500
  • Featured Event Sponsor — $1,000

Additional opportunities include:

  • Music Sponsor for Farm Stand events
  • Kids Corner Sponsor for family-focused programming
  • Season Sponsorships across multiple events

We also welcome in-kind contributions, including food, beverages, and services that help bring events to life. In-kind support may be recognized at a corresponding sponsorship level.

Sponsors receive visibility and recognition through a combination of:

  • Event signage
  • Promotion in newsletters reaching more than 6,000 subscribers
  • Social media promotion
  • Recognition on the Willowsford Conservancy & Farm website
