Greetings from the Farm,As the 2022 Summer CSA season comes to a close, we’ve received a lot of emails asking about the Custom Credits. We figured it was best practice to send some updated FAQ straight to your inbox

Popping the Question: The most important question that we’ve been asked is: What happens to my Custom Credits at the end of the season? Think of your Credits like a gift card, they don’t expire, but they are only available for use on the Barn2Door platform for Willowsford Farm. You can still use them to make purchases during the 2022 Winter season, in fact we encourage it! We would sincerely appreciate your efforts to spend any remaining credits before the end of the 2022 Calendar Year. This helps us to better evaluate the success of the Custom Credit system, create a more optimized Credit process for next year and supports the Farm’s financial planning for 2023. Your Credits can be used to sign up for a Winter Farmer’s Choice or Winter Egg subscription, as well as add-ons.

Shopping Spree: In case we didn’t clarify before, you can use your Credits to purchase anything available through the Online Farm Stand. This includes subscriptions, meat bundles, pies, quiches, breads and items from our Partner Pantry. The sky’s the limit!

Forget Black Friday: Use your Credits to get a jump start on the holiday season…

The list goes on and on! Our Online Farm Stand is open from Thursday to Sunday with each CSA cycle. As the Summer season ends, some add-ons will be in short supply, order yours before they’re gone!

Keep the good stuff coming through January with our 2022 Winter Farmer’s Choice CSA subscription! The fresh produce doesn’t have to stop with the Summer, our Winter CSA subscription includes 6 boxes throughout November, December and January, each one packed with delicious farm-fresh fruits and veggies. Farmer’s Choice adds more time to your day, we do all the work to choose a premium assortment of produce for you to enjoy. No extra steps required!

Take advantage of our easy fulfilment options. We offer two pick-up locations: the Willowsford Farm Stand in the Grange Village and the Boat House in the Greens Village. Home Delivery is available for all Villages and select areas within the Ashburn and Aldie zip codes. No need to warm up the car or find time to stop by, choose Home Delivery at checkout and let us take care of the rest!
