What are your main responsibilities as a Farmer?

On our farm, each team member is involved in every aspect of its functioning. From seeding, field preparation, transplanting, fertilization, irrigation, harvesting, packing, marketing, customer outreach, to delivery, we all have a role to play. On a small farm like ours, with a limited crew, being versatile is crucial. We need to be jacks of all trades, stepping in where our help is most beneficial. My primary focus is to assist the farm in reaching its goals in any way possible.
