Join Willowsford Farm for our third annual Harvest Market on October 25th, 2025 from 9am-1pm. The Harvest Market is open to the public and takes place at the Willowsford Farm Stand located at 23595 Founders Drive, Ashburn, VA 20148. The Harvest Market features our usual Farm Stand offerings along with a large Makers Market, Wagon Ride Farm Tours, Food Truck, and more!

Vendor Fees

Willowsford Resident: $15/booth

Non-Resident: $25/booth

Kid’s Corner: $5/booth

Your vendor fees help offset a portion of the costs associated with marketing and hosting the Harvest Market. These fees support expenses such as digital and print advertising, signage, and community outreach. By contributing, you’re helping us boost awareness and turnout leading to a more successful event for all involved. Please note: Vendor fees are collected once you have been accepted to this event, there is no fee to apply.

About the Market

Willowsford Farm’s annual Harvest Market launched in 2023 with a vibrant gathering of 20 local vendors and makers at the Farm Stand. After a strong start, the event returned in 2024 with nearly 40 vendors and welcomed over 800 attendees. The Willowsford Farm Stand serves as a hub for community connection and healthy living, and the Harvest Market is a natural extension of that mission by celebrating small businesses and local artisans. The Farm Stand space offers plenty of grassy areas for vendor booths, ample parking, on-site portable restrooms, and a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere.

Please note: As of September 5th, we have approved and finalized our vendors for Harvest Market 2025, any applicants after September 5th will be added to our waitlist and will be notified if space opens up for them.
