Join Willowsford Farm for one of our weekly Farm Stands or monthly special events. We welcome applications from food trucks, beverage vendors, farmers, producers, artisans, nonprofits, educational organizations, and other community partners.
Applications are reviewed as they are received. Vendor selection is based on factors including product mix, space availability, event needs, and alignment with the mission and values of Willowsford Conservancy & Farm.
We especially enjoy partnering with local growers, makers, and organizations that help connect our community to food, farming, nature, and the outdoors.

Willowsford Farm Stand Vendor Application
We are always looking for food vendors to sell during our Farm Stand hours (Thursdays from 4 pm to 6 pm at the Willowsford Boat House in Aldie and Saturdays 9 am to 1 pm at the Grange Farm Stand in Ashburn). About once a month, we hold an event at each Farm Stand to attract a larger audience and more vendors, including a food truck. Please apply below and we will be in touch.
