Ecosystem Training & Volunteer Work Day

Join us as we work to improve the special ecosystems here at Willowsford! You’ll have the opportunity to learn about some of the land management challenges we face here and get hands on experience in the field helping our Land Stewardship Team. From pulling invasives to maintaining the trails, each month we’ll gather to tackle a project. Meet fellow nature lovers and together we’ll work to improve the land!

We will meet in the lower parking lot next to the Splash Pad Park in the Grove on Willow Grove Drive. From there we will cross the street and work on pulling honeysuckle vines from around Pinewoods Loop trail.

Any tools will be provided. Bring work gloves if you have them and wear clothes that are suitable for working outdoors.
