Willowsford Conservancy will be hosting a tree planting in partnership with Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy. We will be planting 300 native trees and shrubs in the Greens to protect the watershed around Bull Run stream. We are asking our community to help us conserve open space by volunteering for the planting. In addition to planting trees with your neighbors you’ll have the opportunity to learn how riparian buffers are instrumental in filtering pollutants from rainwater runoff before it enters local streams and waterways.

Register to volunteer on the LWC website, here.

Location & map will be provided via email prior to the event date.

Rain date: October 15.
