Invasive Removal Workday at Willowsford Conservancy

Willowsford Conservancy and Banshee Reeks Nature Preserve are partnering together to put on a series of volunteer work days aimed to help us eradicate some pesky invasives before summer arrives!

On this workday, volunteers will meet at the Willowsford Farm Stand to remove invasive carpetgrass (also known as anthraxon). All ages are welcome to participate! Volunteers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. All volunteers must complete our volunteer waiver. This workday is happening during our Farm Stand Re-opening which runs until 1 pm, so you can get a tasty drink or cool beverage after your hard work.
