Harvest for Good Community Picnic
June 28 @ 4:30 pm - 7:30 pm
| FreePostponed until later in the summer due to inclement weather.
Join Anna Sudha Community Kitchen and Willowsford Conservancy & Farm for a family-friendly evening of food, community, and connection at the Everfield Park Picnic Pavilion.
Bring your family and friends to enjoy food prepared by Anna Sudha and drinks available for a suggested donation while learning about Harvest for Good, our partnership to grow, harvest, and donate fresh produce to individuals and families experiencing food insecurity in Loudoun County. Meet the farmers growing the crops, connect with the Anna Sudha team to learn about their programs and how to volunteer with Harvest for Good this summer, and discover how local food and community partnerships can make a meaningful impact.
Whether you’re interested in volunteering, supporting the program through a donation, or simply learning more about the partnership, we invite you to join us for an evening of conversation, community, and purpose. All donations will support Harvest for Good and help fund the growing, harvesting, and delivery of fresh produce to those in need throughout Loudoun County.
Free and open to the public.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Food and alcoholic beverage tickets available for a suggested donation upon arrival
- Music and lawn games
- Two playgrounds right by the picnic pavilion (as well as a disc golf course and dog park)
- Parking available
