Have you ever walked through the trails of Willowsford and wondered which wild plants are edible? Chef-forager Iulian Fortu, the owner and founder of Arcadia Venture, walks us through our community trails and will teach you the fundamentals of safe plant identification, foraging, and how to store and cook your wild harvest. You will also receive a small gift of wild foods to take home!

Registration is limited to 15 attendees.
