Ecosystem Training & Volunteer Work Day

Join us as we work to improve the special ecosystems here at Willowsford! You’ll have the opportunity to learn about some of the land management challenges we face here and get hands on experience in the field helping our Land Stewardship Team. From pulling invasives to maintaining the trails, each month we’ll gather to tackle a project. Meet fellow nature lovers and together we’ll work to improve the land!

On this workday, volunteers will work in The Grant removing vines and painting a fence near where Everfield intersects with Route 50! Volunteers should wear sturdy shoes and bring water & gloves. We will meet in the grassy area in front of the fence where we will work (near where Everfield meets Route 50). We recommend you park on Everfield or Amesfield Place. All ages welcome (anyone under 16 needs to be accompanied by an adult).
