Join us for our annual Earth Day Celebration on Friday, April 24th from 5-7PM as we gather to appreciate the beauty of our planet and the power of community. Spend the evening outdoors with friends, family, and neighbors, enjoying fresh air and scenic surroundings. Bring a lawn chair or blanket, settle in, and take in the sounds of live music from The Knuckle Dusters while exploring hands-on activities, local offerings, and engaging experiences for all ages.

Here’s what you can look forward to:

• Native Plant Sale featuring plants from the Native Nursery at Willowsford. Our nursery manager will be available to answer all your questions and help you pick the best plants for your yard and landscaping.
• Shop ice cream, drinks and more from our mini Farm Stand
• Beer and wine generously donated by Honor Brewing
• Willowsford Farm Activity Booth
• Residents can learn about Willowsford’s Trails and ecosystems from our very own Land Stewardship Team
• A vermicomposting demonstration! Learn about how worms can turn your food scraps into nutrient rich worm castings.
• Live snake encounters with our friend at K2C Snake consultants
• Meet our Farm’s beekeeper and learn about how he takes care of the hives at Willowsford Farm
