Community Farm Harvest Session

Join the Farm Team for a a couple days of harvesting! On November 3rd and 4th we’ll focus on harvesting root vegetables like carrots and radishes. Sign up below for our morning or afternoon harvesting sessions. These are a days that LCPS is off school and a great way to get the kids outside and connect with the Farm. All ages are welcome but children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

When: Monday November 3rd & Tuesday November 4th

Morning Session: 9:30AM to 12:00PM

Afternoon Session: 1:30PM to 3:30PM

What to wear: Clothes you don’t mind getting dirty (you will get dirty), close-toed shoes, and long pants. Bring gloves if you have them!

Where: Willowsford Farm located at 23595 Founders Drive, Ashburn, VA. When you arrive, drive up the gravel driveway next to the Farm Stand to the Farm and park in front of the packing shed next to the other cars.

Harvesting is hugely dependent on both weather and soil conditions, please be sure to register below so we can notify you if our harvesting schedule needs to change!
