Aquatic Wildlife Discovery

Join the Conservancy team for a hands-on adventure exploring the aquatic wildlife that lives beneath the rocks at Broad Run stream. Learn what these creatures tell us about the health of our local waterways and why stream ecology matters.

We’ll meet at the Willowsford Farm Stand before heading down to the stream for an up-close look at this vibrant ecosystem. This family-friendly event is great for all ages, though it’s best suited for kids 6 and older who are excited to get their feet wet. Please wear water and walking-friendly shoes for safe, comfortable exploration.

To ensure a quality experience, registration is capped at 16 participants. This program fills up quickly, so be sure to register early!
