Community Bonfire & Camp Over

It’s time again for one of our favorite events of the year—our Community Bonfire and Camp Over! Join us for an evening of memory-making alongside neighbors and Conservancy staff at the Hidden Meadow in The Greens. This year marks the 12th anniversary of this beloved Willowsford tradition, and we’re keeping it classic with a delicious BBQ dinner and live music. Last year’s Glow Party was a hit and we are bringing it back featuring light-up and glow-in-the-dark fun for all ages! We’ll have fun games and activities to enjoy as the sun goes down before our glow party lights up the night!

When: Saturday, September 19th at 6 PM with live music, food, and more fun until 9:30 PM. Our rain date is September 26th 
Where: Hidden Meadow Event Field in The Greens, 41145 Shasta Daisy Court, Aldie, VA 20105
Your Registration Includes: Dinner from Willard’s BBQ including sides, beverages, and dessert.  Vegetarian dinner options will be available. 
Breakfast Sunday, September 20th: Anyone camping over will be treated to coffee, tea and breakfast snacks.
Arrival Time: You’re welcome to setup your camp site as early as 2 PM on September 19th
Directions: From Grassland Grove Drive, turn onto Tulip Poplar Place. Then, turn onto Cameron Walk Place. Turn left on Shasta Daisy Ct. and make immediate right turn before the first house on the right. From there look for signs to the parking area. Parking is limited; please carpool if able.

What to Bring: 

• Blankets or chairs to sit on around the bonfire
• Camping supplies if you are sleeping over like tents and sleeping bags
• Glow gear encouraged — or grab some at the party or bring your own!
