Conservancy Crafting: Recycled Bird Mobiles

Join your Conservancy team for some nature themed crafting! On this day, we will use recycled materials to created handmade bird mobiles! Our mobiles will feature native bird species you could find right in your backyard.

• This craft is suited best for ages 5-9.
• We will use cardboard toilet paper tubes and paper towel tubes to create our birds, if you have some bring them! If not, we’ve been saving up plenty for everyone to make three birds for their mobile.
• We’ll spend most of our time painting our birds using acrylic paint. Wear clothes that you won’t feel bad getting a little paint on!
• This craft will take place at the Boat House located at 41025 Willowsford Ln, Aldie, VA 20105.
• Parents may drop their kids off if they fill our drop-off form when they arrive. Children must be picked up promptly at by 11:30am.
