Farmer Andrew's Kale Salad

Course Salad


  • 1 Bunch Kale
  • 1 tbsp Red Miso
  • 1 tbsp Tahini
  • 1 tbsp Plum Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Honey Add more for extra sweetness!
  • Toasted Nuts
  • Raisins/Craisins


  • Remove kale leaf ribs and chop into 1/2 strips across the leaf1
  • Mix the miso, tahini, vinegar, and honey until creamy
  • In a large bowl, massage the kale leaves by hand with the mixture until the leaves are evenly coated -- your hands will be sticky, but it washes off easily with soap.
  • Place bowl in the refrigerator for approximately 30 minutes, top with your choice of toasted nuts and dried fruit, then serve.
