Join us for an evening of memory-making alongside neighbors and Conservancy staff at the Hidden Meadow in The Greens. This year marks the 11th anniversary of this beloved Willowsford tradition\, and we’re keeping it classic with a delicious BBQ dinner and live music but adding a new twist with a Glow Party featuring light-up and glow-in-the-dark fun for all ages! We’ll have fun games and activities to enjoy as the sun goes down before our glow party lights up the night! \nDon’t wait—this event sells out quickly\, so grab your tickets today! \nWhen: Saturday\, September 13th at 6 PM with live music\, food\, and more fun until 9:30 PM. Our rain date is September 20th \nWhere: Hidden Meadow Event Field in The Greens\, 41145 Shasta Daisy Court\, Aldie\, VA 20105\nYour Registration Includes: Dinner from Willard’s BBQ including sides\, beverages\, and dessert.  Vegetarian dinner options will be available. \nBreakfast Sunday\, September 14th: Anyone camping over will be treated to coffee\, tea and breakfast snacks.\nArrival Time: You’re welcome to setup your camp site as early as 2 PM on September 13th\nDirections: From Grassland Grove Drive\, turn onto Tulip Poplar Place. DESCRIPTION:It’s time again for one of our favorite events of the year\, our Community Bonfire and Camp Over! Join us for a night of making memories alongside your neighbors and Conservancy staff at the Hidden Meadow in The Greens. This year will be 10 years of this event and we’re bringing back s’mores to celebrate! With each ticket\, you’ll get a s’mores kit to enjoy around the fire along with a delicious dinner and live music. We are also including a Foam Party from 6-7 PM this year to keep the kids entertained. Don’t wait\, this event sells out fast so buy your tickets today! \nWhen: Saturday\, September 14th at 6 PM. The bonfire is from 6 – 9:30 PM with the Foam Party from 6-7 PM and then live music\, food\, and more fun from 6:30 – 9:30 PM. Our rain date is September 21st. \nWhere: Hidden Meadow Event Field in The Greens\, 41145 Shasta Daisy Court\, Aldie\, VA 20105\nYour Registration Includes: Dinner from Willard’s BBQ including sides\, beverages\, and dessert. Anyone camping over will also be treated to coffee/hot chocolate in the morning.\nRegistration Required: Registration is $28/person for participants 5 and older; children 4 and under are free.\nCapacity: Space is limited to 300 registrants.\nDirections: From Grassland Grove Drive\, turn onto Tulip Poplar Place. Then\, turn onto Cameron Walk Place. Turn left on Shasta Daisy Ct. and make an immediate right turn before the first house on the right. Look for signs to the parking area. Parking is limited; please carpool.\nTent Setup: Tents may be set up starting at 2 PM.\nRain Date: Saturday\, September 17.  Residents will be notified on Sept. 7 if the event is moved to the rain date.  Registrations are automatically moved to the rain date\nRefunds: No refunds after Aug. 31.
