Goat Cheese, Grilled Cheese

Find everything you need for a warm, goey, grilled cheese at the Farm Stand! Try it with strawberry jam, arugula, sauerkraut or sliced beets! Makes 1 sandwich.

Ingredients

2 slices of your favorite Lyon Bakery bread. Sourdough, multigrain and cranberry walnut sound good!
Georges Mill Goat Cheese, to taste (or gooeyness)
1 tbsp Trickling Springs Butter (salted or unsalted)

Instructions
  1. Slice the bread to your desired thickness (if not already sliced) and heat the butter in a pan over medium heat.
  2. When melted, add the bread. Allow to warm for a minute.
  3. Spread the goat cheese on a slice (or both!) and add your favorite Farm Stand topping.
  4. Close the two havles and brown each side to your likeness.
  5. Enjoy!

Try it with: a spread of Willowsford Kitchen Strawberry Jam and freshly ground black pepper, a sprinkling of SweetFarm Sauerkraut, thinly sliced grilled beets or a generous amount of spinach or arugula for flavors extra special.
