Almonds (substitute pistachios, cashews or pine nuts)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
*add lemon juice for an additional flavor jump
- Blend the garlic scapes, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, nuts, salt and pepper together in a food processor until smooth. Refrigerate for a few days or put in the freezer for future use.
