
Harvest Market Vendor Fees

| $5.00 – $25.00Congratulations, if you have been sent the link to this page that means you have been accepted into Willowsford Conservancy & Farm’s 2025 Harvest Market which takes place on October 25th from 9am to 1pm! We are delighted to have you join us for another great year of this special event. Below you will be able to pay for your vendor fee, please ensure you are paying for the correct Vendor category that you applied for. Vendor fees will be due no later than September 29th. Failure to pay your vendor fee in time may result in forfeiture of your space. Vendor fees are nonrefundable.
To ensure that your vendor fee is correctly attributed to your booth, please make sure your payment comes through with the same name that you applied with. If your payment will be coming through with a different name, please let us know so we can ensure it is properly attributed to your booth. Vendor Fees
Willowsford Resident: $15/booth
Non-Resident: $25/booth
Kid’s Corner: $5/booth
Your vendor fees help offset a portion of the costs associated with marketing and hosting the Harvest Market. These fees support expenses such as digital and print advertising, signage, and community outreach. By contributing, you’re helping us boost awareness and turnout leading to a more successful event for all involved.
